The business that i have chosen is Essential Beauty.

Along with this information, I can say that Essential Beauty takes care of all their customers because I have had all 13 of my piercings done by an Essential Beauty piercer. The staff take great care in assuring that the procedure is performed in a sterile environment. I have done this as my career choice because I am a fanatic for piercings. I can't get enough of them. In a few weeks my total should go up to 15+ piercings. I have the same enthusiasm for tattoo's as I do for piercings. Tattooing is another career that I may pursue.

What Metals Are Safe For Piercing Jewellery?

316L surgical implant grade stainless steel, solid gold 9ct and 18ct, niobium or titanium work well for the vast majority of people. Metals to avoid include silver, gold plated or gold filled, brass, bronze and copper. The initial "savings" on a cheaper ring is quickly forgotten when infections and reactions to poorly made jewellery necessitate medical expenses.

Although Doctors are trained in the body and cross contamination procedures, they have NO understanding of the jewellery size and gauge. Placement of the piercing and jewellery size and gauge is a vital necessity in piercing success.

Body piercing, a form of body modification, is the practice of puncturing or cutting a part of the human body, creating an opening in which jewellery may be worn. The word piercing can refer to the act or practice of body piercing, or to an opening in the body created by this act or practice. While the history of body piercing is obscured by a lack of scholarly reference and popular misinformation, ample evidence exists to document that it has been practiced in various forms by both sexes since ancient times throughout the world.

A 2005 survey of 10,503 people in England over the age of 16 found that approximately 10% (1,049) had body piercings in sites other than the earlobe, with a heavy representation of women aged 16–24 (46.2% piercing in that demographic). Among the most common body sites, the navel was top at 33%, with the nose and ear (other than lobe) following at 19% and 13%. The tongue and nipple tied at 9%. The eyebrow, lip and genitals were 8%, 4% and 2%, respectively. Preference among women followed closely on that ranking, though eyebrow piercings were more common than nipple piercings. Among male responders, the order was significantly different, descending in popularity from nipple, eyebrow, ear, tongue, nose, lip and genitals. A cross-cultural study published in 2011 found that individuals with piercings were likely to be involved in other forms of countercultural expression as well.
